Warrantor: KAWS Partner Limited,(KAWS)
Warranted Product: All KAWS manufactured
housings, equipment and accessories.
Duration: One years from date of purchase by original
owner.
Covered: Any defects in materials or workmanship.
Not
covered: This warranty is void if:
1. Product is damaged by misuse, abuse or
improper packaging during shipment;
2. Product is repaired, serviced or modified by other
than KAWS or KAWS authorized agent;
3. By failure to properly use and maintain the product
in accordance with KAWS instructions.
KAWS does not
warrant any items contained inside a KAWS housing (such as a
camera or camcorder) that are damaged due to failure for any
reason. KAWS is not responsible for consequential or incidental
damages of any nature.
Non-KAWS
manufactured items are covered by a separate warranty from the
original manufacturer (such as video lights). Refer to the
original manufacturer warranty terms and conditions for details.
What we will
do: In the event your KAWS product fails due to material or
workmanship within the warranty period, KAWS will repair or
replace the product at no charge to you, including return
shipment. KAWS will inspect and pressure test returned housings
to verify failure mode and warranty coverage determination.
For saving you
time and money, often a problem can be handled without returning
a product to KAWS.
To obtain warranty service, you must contact KAWS
within the warranty period.
Upon receipt,
your return will be carefully inspected and assessed for damage
and warranty coverage, if applicable. Housings may be pressure
tested to verify the integrity of the product prior to any
service. All warranty costs will be covered according to the
terms and conditions, including return shipment to you.
For any
non-warranty service, you will be advised as to repair costs
prior to any work being done.
